Scotch or Bourbon which one should I be a fan of?
Question by proletariat: Scotch or Bourbon which one should I be a fan of?
Im still on the edge of deciding whether Im a bourbon or scotch man. To be fair I havent really found a bourbon I like as much as a good Laphroaig. I often find bourbon to be too shrill, like Bulleit for example. I like the mellowness of scotch and am slowly drifting away from my American roots. If anyone knows a great bourbon which would satisfy a peat head, mellowness lover to bring my taste buds home Im all ears

Neither, stay with beer or wine if you’re going to drink. Hard liquors are very physically destructive. However, a little Tennessee sour mash to sip is warming in the cold.

I prefer Scotch. But I do like Weller Antique. 107 proof, 7 years old. Good sippin’ whiskey.
